jack cool

*i mentioned the other day that jack has now mastered rolling both directions. now, he thinks he is so cool, you can just tell by the satisfied look on his face. it has made putting him down for naps and bedtime a little difficult. he was always put on his back before, but now that he can roll on his own there is no point. the second you put him down he decides where he wants to be now. after he's had something to eat (his prefered way to doze off), i'll put him down on his side and rub his little face and back for about a minute until i'm pretty sure he's out. well, now, if he doesn't really want to sleep, he'll pop on to his back and get the biggest smile on his face, so proud of himself. my gosh, it makes me laugh so much, which makes him laugh....and then there the nap ends. *sigh*, i'm sure one day i'll figure it out right.
